Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 21, 2026

Qoble is a browser extension that rewrites text you select into clearer, simpler language. This policy explains how Qoble handles your data.

In short: Qoble processes everything on your own device and collects nothing. Your text never leaves your computer.

How Qoble works

When you select text on a webpage and choose "Simplify with Qoble," the extension uses Chrome's built-in, on-device AI to generate a clearer version of that text. All processing happens locally on your own device.

Data we collect

None. Qoble does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any user data. The text you select is never sent to us or to any third party — it is processed entirely on your device and is not retained after the rewrite is shown.

No accounts, no tracking

Qoble does not require an account, does not track your browsing activity, and does not store any personal information. It does not use analytics, advertising, or external servers of any kind.

External data transmission

Because Qoble performs all processing locally using Chrome's on-device AI, no user data is transferred externally at any point.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this page with a new "last updated" date.
